swimming?

Is it okay to go swimming on the last day of period? I'm going to an island for holiday this Saturday and it'll probably be my last day of period. Today is my first day and it normally lasts 4days. And on the last days I only have spottings so is it safe?

If you wear a tampon you can swim with your period. Just make sure you change it directly after you're done swimming or change it often throughout the day of swimming. If you don't wear tampons the water will probably slow down the flow or stop it if its light but that's unsanitary for everyone else:/

It's perfectly fine. You won't bleed while you're in the water. If you will bleed at all it will be the same amount as you would normally bleed that day and that will only happen once you come out of the water, but if you're wearing a tampon nothing should show. You should be fine anyway if it's only spotting.😊
