Endo Pregnancy

So I have had endometriosis since I was 14, missed school a lot from pain and all that. I was finally officially diagnosed 3 years ago! I am now 24. I have had surgeries but as fellow endo sufferers know, It never really helps. I also have ovarian cyst a lot. I was put on Mirana last year but had it taken out about 5 months ago because it made everything 100 times worse ☹️ I was told I might not be able to have more kids (I have 2) but I just found out I am pregnant again! 😇 I am about 5 weeks now, and I have been in horrible pain. Feels like endo pain so I'm sure it is but it's waking me up at night and I have been so sick from it. Has anyone experienced this or have any advice? I go to a new doctor next Monday so I will ask him as well!
