sahm advice?

My daughter is 7 months and I've been a stay at home mom since she was born. When we had her we agreed that I wouldn't return back to work till may, well a lot of things have changed since then. 1. He quit his job for a lower paying job 2. He owns 1/3 of his dad's business now 3. He didn't plan our taxe refund right and now we are broke till he can go to work again. I've been applying everywhere I have skills to work at (15 places closest to home and daycare) and I've only gotten one interview, which they said I was over qualified and they couldn't work with my daycare hours, but apparently I'm not trying to find a job. The job I had before I gave birth to our daughter, I can walk in to today and have my job back but it's to far from daycare an hour away and doesn't pay enough to cover fuel and daycare. Since I had our daughter my husband has come home many times very very drunk and starts fights with me in front of our daughter, destroys the house by throwing things, and then takes off in his truck for a few hours while I calm our child down and clean up the mess, but tonight he did something I never thought he would do, he was holding our daughter yelling at me cause I told him for the 20th time to pick up his bottle caps so she doesn't get ahold of one and cut her mouth or choke and he's yelling at me that I don't trust him and he picks up his phone and wips it at the wall, smashes a bottle on the table all the while holding our daughter who was so terrified after I took her from him that she wouldn't let me put her down for over an hour even though he was gone. How do I file for divorce? How do I make sure I get custody? I don't want his money! I just want my daughter growing up in a happy non violent environment. I want to know what steps to take and how to take them? Btw his parents will fight and spend every dime they have to make sure I don't ever see her again?
