can I conceive?

I've had an irregular period for 12 years now and I'm starting to really think I'm never going to be able to have kids of my own! My fiancé and I have been trying for 2 years now and I have no idea what to do next! It's really making me emotional anymore and I just wanna give up on everything! Please anyone going through what I'm going through give me some answers

I haven't gone through what you have. I had irregular periods due to a medication i was on before we conceived our second. Actually, my periods had stopped for over 6 months by the time we decided to try. I had been missing my meds here and there that month. I told hubby to give it a shot on a certain weekend. We did get lucky enough to conceive, and delivered our second boy at 39 weeks.
 Fast forward about 2 years. We decide to have another baby. 3 will be our max. Well, i happened to be back on that same medication, and others. My periods were pretty normal, so i did not see a problem. After 4 months, we got a positive test, but it resulted in a chemical pregnancy a couple days later. So we continued to try. Then i get weaned off all my medications but 2 (one of those i was still taking was the same medication). 
 My period become a little irregular, only varying a few days. Then i noticed that i was having a cycle anywhere from 33 days to 65! We were using ovulation tests, i noticed i would ovulate, than 5 to 8 days later my period would start. I talked to my gynecologist, she told me i must be wrong. I knew i wasn't.  I talked to the doctor who persceibed my medications, told him what was happening, he told me the medication that i had been taken from years ago, and taking then, could be causing my prolactin levels to rise. I decided to just stop taking it. 2 days later i ovulated. We did get pregnant that cycle. We had tried to conceive (since the chemical)  a whole year before we got pregnant. Sadly, we lost that baby boy at 15 weeks 3 days. 
 Devastated, we decided to try again. I started taking a supplement called pregnitude to help with my cycles and ovulation and After losing him, and still not taking the medicine, my cycles went back to normalish. About 3 months later, we cinceived again. I am currently 15 weeks 4 days, with our first and will be only girl.
