Birth Photographer.

We wanted a photographer to come in and photograph everyone meeting our son for the first time, so i found a lady and loved her work. She was having a special, and directed me to her website to pay via paypal and I did. I have the receipt and everything ( almost 200$). She gives me her number and tells me to update her with how baby is measuring and my DR appointments. I messaged her about a month ago on Facebook for a question about when i need to be in touch with her when i go into labor. I never got a response. Last week ( thursday, i think) i texted her asking the same question...and i never got a response. I understand life is busy, but ive already paid for someones work and now i cant get any questions answered or even get a reply. My husband is pissed and is demanding the money back, and Im starting to get a little upset myself. She is a legit photographer, but while shes been ignoring me, shes still posting stuff on her facebook photography page...

Question, what do i need to do? Wait it out and hope she shows up when we have the baby? Ask for our money back? Keep bugging her? My due date is in 5.5 weeks and I need to know if i need to find another photographer.
