sciatic nerve pain?

Has anyone else experienced pain in the sciatic nerve area I have tried several stretches to relieve it and I can't shake the pain. Any suggestions? I need relief 😩

I unfortunately have no suggestions on how to help, because all I'm told is to keep stretching too, and it definitely isn't working. You aren't the only one girl😭😩

Gosh the last 4-6 weeks of my first pregnancy were so hard because of my sciatica. I ended up sleeping on the couch every night, semi-propped up, alternating a heating pad and ice pack. Some of my essential oils helped, but not a ton that can be done. I did hear that the chiropractor can potentially help. So sorry!! It hurts so badly!!

I have. I also stretch and I doesn't work. I feel like heat works best. Warm baths, warm massage oil and hubby's hands, heating pad.

Have you tried a hip flexor stretch or pigeon pose? Those 2 seem to work the best for me.
