Would you be a surrogate for family/ close friends?

My bestfriend and I were talking the other day and she told me how her "sister" (They call eachother sisters but arent related) is having a hard time getting pregnant. She said they went to a doctor and she might even have cancer in her ovaries.. I asked her if she would ask you would you be a surrogate for her. She instantly said NO WAY!  That pregnancy was so uncomfortable and i get that. To me though (i'm actually currently going through morning sickness everyday) Said I would do it 100% for my sisters. I would go to hell and back for them! So would you do it?
