Miscarriage the day after seeing heartbeat

So I've had spotting on and off with this pregnancy and the dr finally had me come in yesterday to do an ultrasound. We saw the heartbeat, she suspected it was possible I might have had a subchorionic hematoma. Then today I lost my baby. It's just heart wrenching. I'm so thankful for my two beautiful boys who brought joy in the midst of my pain today. I thank God that two of my children are here with me. The other two I will see someday.
