miscarriage??

So, almost 2 weeks ago (will be 2 weeks Monday) I started spotting and then bleeding at approx 5 weeks pregnant. I went to he dr, had my progesterone drawn (1.9) and my hcg drawn (778). They told me based on those numbers I was miscarrying.  So I accepted it. I had a rhogam shot, and my hcg re drawn and it went down to 568. A week later (yesterday) I had it drawn and they called me today and said "did someone tell you you miscarried" I said yes. she told me my hcg went up to 1008! They had me start progesterone asap and I'll most likely have a u/s monday. I never bled heavy, it was less than a normal period for me, and no big clots, just a couple less than dime size. I started bleeding Monday and stopped Friday. I'm a emotional mess. I want to be hopeful but I'm scared. We had began to accept our loss. Has anyone been through a similar situation? The past few days I've been so sick and my boobs are sore. I've been sad I feel pregnant but I'm not.
