Our Saturday bible study (05/13/2017)

There will be countless people praying on, begging for you to fail in this walk with the Lord. Some of them will be friends, some will be family and some may even be other Christians. But God love for you will not fail you. The book of Numbers we read how Balak sent for Balaam to ask him to curse the Israelites and in exchange he will reward him. (Read Numbers 22-24 chapters) However, Balaam could not curse them because God would not allow it.

How shall I curse, whom God hath not cursed? or how shall I defy, whom the Lord hath not defied? For from the top of the rocks I see him, and from the hills I behold him: lo, the people shall dwell alone, and shall not be reckoned among the nations. Who can count the dust of Jacob, and the number of the fourth part of Israel? Let me die the death of the righteous, and let my last end be like his! And he answered and said, Must I not take heed to speak that which the Lord hath put in my mouth?

Numbers 23:8‭-‬10‭, ‬12 KJV

How can I curse those whom God has not cursed? How can I denounce those whom the Lord has not denounced? From the rocky peaks I see them, from the heights I view them. I see a people who live apart and do not consider themselves one of the nations. Who can count the dust of Jacob or number even a fourth of Israel? Let me die the death of the righteous, and may my final end be like theirs!” Balak said to Balaam, “What have you done to me? I brought you to curse my enemies, but you have done nothing but bless them!” He answered, “Must I not speak what the Lord puts in my mouth?”

Numbers 23:8‭-‬12 NIV

How many of us ladies, know that when God is on our side or we are on God side rather, nothing can come against us? ✋ I do. I know this. And I want you ladies to know this too. Be encouraged, serve the Lord boldly. Because if God is for you no one can be against you. No weapon that enemy form can or will ever prosper. The enemy would like for us to believe this, that why he causes fear and causes us to be afraid to talk about God and even about Jesus. But I'm telling you today. Don't fear. Be bold, be zealous for our God. Although people talk, and try to hurt you, stand firm on the words of Jesus Christ. Pray for them because they know not what they do. Satan will use anyone, and any situation to try and still your joy or break you. But, you have to know that the Joy of the Lord is your strength and to rejoice in the Lord always. God will block all the weapons, and strife that come at you. He will bind up every curse that someone sends your way. And you will be protected by Lord our God. Amen
