Herpes :(

Just found out that most likely I have herpes. I don't know what to think I had my baby in March and had no herpes than. I know I didn't do anything,my boyfriend denies cheating on me. Is there anyway he/me could've gotten it from sharing a drink with someone or him sharing cigarettes. I've been having the baby blues now this just adds on to it, I feel like my life is over. For those of you who have herpes how do cope with it. Does it get better. And do you think there's anyway it could've gotten to baby. My bf used his saliva to clean his pacifier and put it back in baby's mouth😡? I also been giving the baby kisses 😥
