I need input (superstitious input)

Okay ladies I need input... The picture is my aunties post, of course she didnt mention how my uncle and grandfather died (heroin overdose) my mom didn't die the same though. We know it may have been an overdose to the new medication she started just 2 days before. But still.

Do yous think this is a coincidence?

I dont usually do palm reading or any of that.
