fan or no fan?!

I have a 2 week old baby and ever since I brought him home I've kept the ceiling fan off so he won't get sick or be cold... but I HATE it, I can't sleep good without a fan I get too hot and specially right now since my hormones are all over the place. Would my son be okay if I sleep with the ceiling fan on? Even on the lowest level will be fine? What do you mommies do and think??  I'm scared to turn it on and him getting sick 😭😓

Ceiling fans are actually recommended to help with SIDS prevention. You can absolutely feel good about turning it on. If you're worried about your baby being chilly, just make sure that they are swaddled or in a sleep sack, whatever is appropriate for their age.

You can turn it on. Just keep it at a low to medium level and not on full blast. Your son will be okay. I've always kept my sons fan on in his room ever since he was a newborn.

I honestly don't know!! My kids were all born in the winter.  I know that they say not to put a crib under an Ac vent so maybe the rule applies to ceiling fans too

Your fan won't Witt him and if you're super worried put him in a light weight sleeper sack or light weight pajamas. 💕Circulating air flow is way better than stagnant air.
