high thyroid levels anyone?

I went in to my Dr yesterday to do lab work and they told me my thyroid levels are high..
I don't know much about it dose anyone have this problem our know anything about it my next Dr appointment is a few weeks away and I'm of course WORRIED!

My levels went very high after I gave birth and I was given medication to control it. Although the dose was too high so it went very low! I have since found out a lot more about why I have thyroid issues! Has the doctor given you any meds? X

I have hypothyroidism, meaning my thyroid is slow and TSH levels are high.  It's easily managed with a daily medication.  I would assume your doctor would have prescribed something for you if they were high enough to be of concern.  Do you know if it was your TSH levels that were tested and what the levels were?  Healthy range is .270 - 4.200 but during pregnancy it should be kept on the lower side of that, in the 1-2 range.
