Lump in my breast
Ebf/ftm i got a lump and it feels like one or two smaller bumps around it in my left breast, between the area from my armpit to my nipple. Started yesterday after yardwork. Then it felt like a rock in there! Will pumping help? What else can i do to help it? It hurts😓
