early period or implantation

Normal cycles 37/42 days pretty heavy cycle as I only have it for 2 days. I started spotting/light bleeding yesterday at 7dpo 11 days early if it's my period. I haven't had to use a tampon just panty liners but when I wipe it's like this? Tender breasts all week back pain and vomited 3 days ago and was fine after.
