TMI!! How do I treat this?

I got my epilator through the other day first time using it. No problems on my arms or legs but I did the top half of my pelvic area and now that it's hot in the day due to summer I notice the pores swelling up and looking clogged with what looks to be oil or puss??? How do I calm this down and treat it?
