Excited to finally be in the 3rd trimesterrrr! 🎉😍

OB told me about counting kicks today at my appointment.

Sooo which app do YOU use for kick counts? (If there are any ha!)

I used Ovia for pregnancy, it has medication and food safety list, also kick count tracker and contraction one too.

Kick counting is something that doesn't necessarily have to be done. If you're feeling baby move regularly, there's no need to track it. It's when you think, 'Huh, I haven't felt anything today,' is when you should log it. 
I know some moms, first timers or not like to log it anyway, and that's your personal decision.
