Call me typical but I'm in a slight desperate state. Currently experiencing vast amounts of anxiety and depressive mood swings more and more frequently. I have previously seen counsellors and been to the doctors before to be told that it would be an excellent idea if I were to take up going on more walks. I really really struggle on explaining this in full to my family because I find the subject really uncomfortable myself let alone to explain to other people. It is exam period so I will accept part of my current moods to be down to that but otherwise..I feel rediculously shit. I'm not entirely sure what I'm seeking from posting this, possibly relatable experiences or any advice if it can be offered. If nothing else this is me ranting my emotions anonymously
