blood in 6 months old private area

I'm so nervous because I don't know if this is something serious or natural. I literally run to to the clinic or ER for any lil thing. So my grandma watches my day while I'm at work. So when I got home today and changed my baby pamper and I noticed blood coming out of her vagina. And yes I had to observe to make sure that's where it was coming from. For mothers who knows it's it normal or should I take her to ER. Or do you know the cause of it
