My mom is currently hospitalized for attempting suicide. She is "homeless" because she left her home where her 15 year old son was threatening to kill her. I can't take her in because we have a new baby and my relationship with her has never been great. I feel so guilty about not having her live with us, but it just isn't a healthy choice. Anyway, she said the social worker at the hospital will help find her a place to live. But I am worried she will end up in like a half-way house or something. Does anyone know what type of housing they would find for her? She doesn't have a job right now.
