Cramping with sex?

So, my DH and I were having sex earlier. I was on top riding, because that's the only way I can orgasm. Well, I got this sharp pain on my lower, left side, and my stomach tightened. What could that be? This isn't the first time, as it happened last week. I am 29 weeks.

That happens to me, too. It stinks because that's my absolute favorite (and the only position that 100% guarantees an orgasm for me. But since about 28ish weeks it makes my belly cramp up. For me, I'm not sure it's BH- it feels more like an abdominal, muscular cramp, which makes me think it's because the muscles are all stretched out and contracting them like that, in that position, makes them cramp.

It's most likely BH and the further along you get - babies tend to " ball up " on one side during the contraction or after an orgasm . Sometimes they hurt sometimes they just look weird .

Most likely BH. In my natural childbirth class, midwife said with BH, your whole uterus will not necessarily get tight. It might just be part of it. That's one of the differences between BH and real contractions

It's BH most likely. Since you're further along in your pregnancy you'll get them more often after sex
