I am coming up on 6 weeks pregnant, and today I have severe right abdominal pain and some minor bleeding. Bleeding is intermittent, but pain is steady. Similar to the feeling of cramps or a pinched nerve.

I know most of you are likely not medical professionals, but I'd like some feed back. I'm leaning on twards going into the ER.

This is my 2nd pregnancy.

UPDATE -----

I went in and had some labs, an ultrasound and Dr appointment. There was no fetus in my uterus (that they could see). They are thinking etopic pregnancy possibly leading to miscarriage.

My hormone levels were in the 400's which would indicate 4 weeks gestation, not the 6 I was quoted. They think i may have ovulated late? But weren't certian. There is mass in my ovary/falpoian tube that may indicate a baby, but will likely be lossed or need to be removed.

I've been ttc for close to 4 months. My first was instant. Very heart braking.
