Bible study Tuesday ( June 20,2017)

Hello ladies. To God be the glory forever. I pray that you all have a blessed day and that God watches over each and everyone of you. Like always, please share what's on your mind, whether it be a scripture, A question or just a word from God.

Today I would like to focus on us being dead in our flesh, but made whole by the spirit of God. We all at some point have lived for the desires of our flesh. If we are honest, our living for our flesh is what led us to the hell we found ourselves in. No matter what it was, how out there it was, how small it was, or big; it was a sin that back fired. It was something that killed us or was killing us until we gave it to Jesus. Until we ran to the Holy Father and allowed him to breath fresh in us again.

Bible verses: And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Genesis 2:7 KJV

Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

See when we were sinning, we were just a form without life. We were just a vessel that was empty, we just existed. But when we decided we wanted to live and that Satan was a liar and we didn't want lies any more.. We turned back to the truth and was able to give us back life.

Bible verses: But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you. Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation—but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it. For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live. For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “ Abba, Father.” The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.

So when we was in sin we dead without out the spirit of God inside of us. But..... But when we repent for real. Not that I'm sorry Lord, forgive me then by 12 a.m that night right back sinning." But that I'm sorry Lord, I repent of my wickedness. Lord I'm sorry for living as a whore, Lord I'm sorry for sleeping with every male that I thought was fine, Lord I'm sorry for masturbating, Lord I am sorry for masturbating to lesbian porn and regular porn. Lord I'm sorry for cursing and I'm sorry for hating and wishing evil. Im sorry for all my evil that I dare not say out loud. Lord fix me. Lord clean me." Then at 12 am instead of going back to sin you're up praying for strength to not backslide. Then as you resist the devil he begin to flee. As you read the bible the holy spirit begin to fill you again. And the more you move closer to God each day the fuller you get. The more those chains of bondage fall off and Satan has no other choice but to loose you. Because now you belong to God again. Now you are grounded in the strength of God. Each day you wake up seeking the Lord and not your next fix. Each day you wake up praising God and not your last fling. Each day you wake up and run to your prayer closet and not your next bottle. Because through God your are alive and well. You've been found. God bless you. Amen. Each day that you search for God and you worship him you are allowing him to feel you some more.

Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

We have to always press each day. So we can stay full and we can get to our next level with God. So that we can live. Because Jesus is our way, our truth and our light. Amen.
