Do I look pregnant ?

I'm 16 weeks and 4 days and I don't feel as if I have a bump bump going on like most moms this is my first baby I did have 2 misscarages in the past but they never made it last the 1st trimester I have a dopler in which I use every so often to hear my baby boys heartbeat to make sure everything is okay honestly I just want my baby bump I Want the round baby bump sometimes I look huge and have a huge bump and other days it's a small bump I Want to know my baby is perfect in there he has a strong heartbeat 153 I have an 18 week ultrasound the 30 even though I won't be quite 18 weeks I'll be 17 and 6 days please post your belly.
