Am i pregnant?

Me and my finace had sex on my most fertile days, im 4 days late for my period according to glow. Although i am irregular. I've been having cramps and nausea & diarrhea, back ache, acne,& hot flashes and ive been irritable. A week or two after we had sex i was spotting at work. I thought i was pregnant before but have been wrong on many occasions. So im second guessing myself. Opinions?
