What should I do... I have always stood by the idea that barbies aren't good for kids (nothing wrong if you don't agree) But my ex is buying my daughter some dolls and he knows I hate them... i have a suspicion he's doing it to spite me. I need advice please. 😠😠😠

Out of curiosity, why aren't they good for kids? I had a bunch as a kid and I'd spend hours using my imagination, making up characters and stories. I turned out okay, I think. Advanced degree, not a drug addict, etc.

You can only control what happens in your home. You cannot control what happens in your ex's home, nor should you try. I know it's frustrating...believe me, I do. But he is. It putting your child in danger. He is not abusing or neglecting her. Pick your battles on this one. It's only going to cause you undue stress on top of everything else you are deakng with as a single parent.

Honestly, as a kid you do not think about your body type or try to look like a Barbie doll... I think you should let the kid have atleast a few😊
