3.5 weeks BFP

Hey ladies! I got a vvvfl at 3 weeks late. Then at 3.5 weeks I got a darker line.  My question is, did anyone get a very late positive pregnancy test and still continue on to have a healthy baby? I have been reading online everywhere that it will most likely end in a MC. I just need some hope! I didn't track my O with OPKs, I was trying the whole "relax, have fun and it'll happen" technique.
