I used to work days but i switched to night so that my husband would take care of the baby at night and i would take care of the baby during the day. Well here I am on my last week home before i go back to work after having my baby, and honestly i dont know what to do.

Whenever i have my husband help (mind you i have to ask for help because he never even volunteers to take care of him when he cries) i have to watch him take care of him because he has no patience at all. There are times where my baby will cry a lot and ive noticed my husband telling the baby stuff when he gets like that. He will tell him stuff like "its you're fault im not getting any sleep, im gonna gonna have to go to work like that." He gets mad when the baby gets fussy. Well now that im about to go back, i dont feel like leaving the baby with him is the best thing to do. The whole reason why i changed to night sort was so we wouldnt have to get a baby sitter but now i feel like a baby sitter is the best option or else I'd have to stop working. I have family that has offered to be my baby's baby sitter if i needed one. So getting out of work would be my last option, i dont want to have to depend on my husband financially.
