I don't know what else to do
I'm 22 years old
3 kids 5, 2 & 1 also currently 34 weeks pregnant . Recently I feel like I'm loosing my mind ... I'm so stressed out , I feel like I'm going crazy. I'm screaming at my kids , I start crying because I wanna just be alone , I go to bathroom because I feel like it's quite and I can just be alone 5 minutes ... My fiancé is never around. Just a couple months ago his job started going out of state so he's never home. I feel pretty much like a single mother , he send maybe $100-$150 a week . I'm non stop on the go. I have to cook , clean , care for them and also care for me & I'm feeling stressed about it . Does anyone know who I can go to , to seek help ?
