I'm 19 years old, work full time as a pizza delivery driver, broke college student, and my right knee isn't fully developed while my left knee has little to no cartilage left!
Are there any practical weight loss tips I can do? Dieting, excersizing, anything!?
Should I consult a doctor before doing anything because of my knees?
I have NO MONEY to buy excersize equipment, so I need things I can do at home
