URGENT. TMI What's wrong with my period?TMI

Hiii! I am concerned about my period. I woke up yesterday with blood on my underwear. My menstruation is irregular but it usually manifests at the end or at the beginning of the month. When I put on a tampon. The bleeding stopped. Then, there it came a lot of dark brown blood. Stopped again. It started pink. Stopped. Started heavy with bright red and dark mucus when I walked.
