Milk leakage

Does anyone else have problems with milk leaking when they are emotional? I got used to the leakage when my daughter was an infant and even with my second daughter but my youngest is 14 months old and if I get emotional, mainly sad/upset than my milk starts leaking. Is it just me??? O.O
