Baby not gaining enough weight?

Question

My LO is 7 months old now and I've been exclusively pumping the entire time. (He had latching issues that we couldn't get around)
He gets about 30 ounces of breast milk and two servings of 2-3 ounces of baby food every day with some occasional snacks like yogurt, frozen fruit, and rice wafers. 
At his 6 month check up, he didn't quite gain a full pound he was only 14lb 1oz but he was 4lb 6oz at birth (diagnosed with IUGR due to blood clots) but he gained 3.5lbs his first month!
So why the sudden slow down of weight gain? He is very active. Could my breastmilk not be good enough for him?

All babies slow down their weight gain eventually! If your doctor isn't concerned about his weight gain you should try not to be either. Breastfed babies in particular gain quite rapidly as newborns and then level off a bit. A pound in a month at 6 months old is totally normal weight gain. It sounds like you're doing a great job, honestly!

I had high blood pressure and deliver at 37 weeks and his umbilical cord showed high blood flow and small stomach and he was in the 18th percentile and he was 5.9 born 5-17-17 and went way down to 5 pounds and had hard time gaining and I had to suplament like I told u and pump for two weeks and it was hard girl I read u been pumping for six months I got to give it to u u won a gold metel girl wow all I can say if wow u r doing the best thin for ur baby and u r deff not a giveruoer so I definitely think it will ease ur mine as ur doctor go ahead And ask them if u can add formula to his borrel maybe that have a pasific formula for more calories u can probably get a percription for it not sure like if ur only doing teaspoon worth the ask and saves u money idk was and idea too

I didn't finish my post I mentioned u don't really need a doctor's premission but deff tell ur pedestrian when u see them u where concerned and just added some extra calories to exactly how many bottles u give him off that and how many miles so she can decide with his weight and all if he was under and is perfect now and might because of what u did and if over she can tell u u don't need to do that but like if u r concerned and she hasn't like said anything I'm teilling u like one or two bottles are not gonna hurt it's not gonna make his over wight or anything so for him too might feel much more Fuller

I could give u a helpful idea if u think and worried about it it won't hurt to add like a couple teaspoon of formula to his pumped milk for extra calories it won't hurt u don't add water just breatmilk and formula if u do like 1oz a teaspoon if it's 2oz like 2teaspoons an so on u get the idea like of u r out and about and think he needs some extra calories that's all won't hurt it just adds about 37 calories to his bottel u do to have to do it to every feeding I would recommend the bottel or pumped bottel bbefore bedtime so he has extra calories then and like during the day but it's just an idea u don't need a doctor's pre

My son is almost 18 months old and weighs 18 lbs. he's just long and skinny like his momma! We give him some pediasure to try to up his calories m-f. I really just think his body type is making him a skinny Minnie!

My son was only 15.2 at his 6 month check up. He was 7.14 at birth. Some babies are smaller. And considering where you started I think that's a great weight gain!

My LO had feeding concerns and slow weight gain. I'm also an exclusive pumper too so I was worried I'd have to start supplementing. I made an effort to increase my protein intake and drink more water. Not sure if that helped but her weight is up and no longer concerning. Is ur LO staying on the curve?
