Do you think people are aware their kids and annoying lol ?

I know sad but sometimes I'm like daam why don't you say anything when they're hella talking in the theater or when they scream about everything omg I can't sometimes .. maybe I'm just used to my kid being pretty chill
And I'm not talking about babies and kids under 3-4 which sometimes are just uncontrollable but I'm talking about 5+ kids being rude af

Kids don't belong at all places at all times. And if they are not behaving, they should be corrected. And if that doesn't work...they should be taken home. With consequences! Do it a couple of times and see what happens. I've left a cart full of groceries twice. I've been known to withhold birthday cake or just take them home from a party. If they couldn't sit, and speak reasonably at at restaurant...I've left. This was all between the ages of 3-7. And now I'm repeating it with my 2 youngest. The St. Hooligans will ride like jack wagons if allowed. That's why they have parents.

My daughter is three and I am pretty aware that she can be annoying. But she's three! What am I supposed to do?! Obviously you correct their behavior as much as possible, but let's face it kids can be annoying! If she were a little bit older, and acting up in a movie theater, we would have a problem. But, I literally just took my daughter to see Despicable Me 3 over the weekend and she was the quietest kid there.
