I just know this will be my forever quit - im doing it for me and my family. I want to be around for my DH and DD. I'm nearly 35 and have been smoking about 16 years. It's disgusting, expensive, pointless and harmful addiction. I've tried before to quit without success - except prior to TTC and while preggo.

I downloaded some apps and my DH is my accountability partner. Going to go cold turkey.

I watched my grandpa die a slow miserable death from COPD. I don't want that.
