Omg YES, the night I got pregnant I hopped off the bed and said jokingly but so seriously 'thanks babe I'm pregnant now' and yea I was pregnant from that night , I'm currently 32 weeks with my baby girl. Over the course of the next few weeks after that night we didn't take a test at home , we went straight to the doctors so I could have an appointment because we just KNEW.

Well you don't get pregnant immediately. It takes a few days. But I knew I was pregnant before I missed my period. That's why I took the test and it was positive.
