Mom pooch

Okay ladies I have a question.

I am 5 weeks pregnant with my second child, and I can't tell if I have a baby pooch or it's just the dreaded mom pooch a lot of women get after they have babies? I've always had a small one since my daughter, I'm not a large person, but not as fit as I could be either

So I guess my question is, what does a real bump look like on someone with a mom pooch? Does the mom pooch just get bigger or does your lower pelvis extend so they're the same?
