I'm just wondering if any of you have any coping methods you use for your mental health?!
I have anxiety, as well as depression and some other things and it's getting somewhat difficult to deal with. I don't feel myself lately and I know it has to do with that.
I do see a counsellor, however, she's off for the summer. I also have friends who will support me if needed, but I'm just looking for new methods and ideas to help.
I can give more info and we can all share helpful tips if needed
