Doesn't like boobs

I'm a 36 DDD, and my boyfriend would always give the impression he absolutely loved them. Hey just told me he actually doesn't really like boobs that much and I feel... hurt, idk why

After talking he says "if you are worried about you butt do squats" and we were not talking about that at all at the moment now I'm worried he doesn't like my butt or boobs iugghh
