Dirty roommate

So mine and my baby daddy roommate has horrible hygiene. He constantly leaves dirty dishes, clothes, and trash all around the house. It's one thing if he wants to keep his room dirty fine, but I feel like he should pick up his mess around the house. I clean up after my SO, because he's MINE. When he told our roommate about his hygiene he said it's because he "Doesn't have a bitch" which I thought was the most disrespectful and pathetic excuse. So we came to an agreement that's something needs to be done. Idk, what do y'all think?
