baby sleep.. please

Has anyone else experienced their child having restless leg syndrome? she's 16 months old and I've tried EVERYTHING! I'm seeing her dr tomorrow for the 3rd time to demand some tests be done to see if she has a deficiency of some sort or something. We haven't slept more than 4 or so hours a night due to her stretching kicking and screaming. I think she has a severe case of RLS but her Dr always sends me away saying it's growing pains or "just a phase". For almost 3 months!? She's only grown 2 inches since her 18 week appt. Shes not growing lol I'm tired. I need answers!!!!!
