Can you go back to being tight?

So I met up with this guy after being broken up with my ex boyfriend for over 6 months, with the intention to have sex, and we did... But when he first went in, it hurt, like when I first lost my virginity kinda hurt, and I was wondering if your body retightens or its just because it hasn't had it in awhile and has to get used to it again?

Yea fortunately penises don't really affect vaginal "tightness". And typically a normal childbirth doesn't either. There are things that can happen that can attribute to -weakened- vaginal muscles and on rare occasions prolapse can occur. 
But no. Penises have nothing to do with the size of your vaginal canal or the strength/weakness of your pelvic floor. 
Doing regular kegal exercises can strengthen your pelvic muscles and help with overall elasticity when the time comes for you to have a baby if you choose.
