Opinions and advice please!

So ever since I had sex with my fuck buddy (raw), inside my vagina has been itchy. I got my period and I'm not sure if it's just that??? I'm 17, was drunk and I know that's not an excuse but I am usually responsible and would never have sex without a condom had I been sober... I can't just go get a doctor checkup because it costs so much and my mum is super strict especially if she knew I was having sex without being in a relationship. But I honestly got fucked over awhile ago and haven't wanted a relationship since then. Is this a sign of an STD?! WHAT DO I DO HELP IM SO STRESSED
