Got pregnant at 16 but I have my stuff together, moms trying to take my baby away from me.

I found out I was pregnant at 16, when I told my boyfriend he was shocked but supportive. When my parents found out they immediately kicked me out. When I moved in with my boyfriend and his family, we both started working our asses off in school and working. My parents tried to manipulate my boyfriends family into kicking us out since we wanted to make adult decisions then we should be out on the streets unless i agreed to an abortion. I turned 17 and by that time I had saved up enough for a car and my boyfriend and I put money together for an apartment. We now pay our own bills, rent, car insurance, furniture, etc. We will be able to provide for our baby and graduate early in a few months. My parents are really unhappy to see me proving her wrong, because she thought we'd be "deadbeat parents". Now she told my boyfriend that when our baby is born she's going to report us to CPS and say we're unfit parents then she's going to sue us for custody of the baby and give it up for adoption. It breaks my heart on why my mother just seems to hate me now. But i know I'm not an unfit mother. But because my boyfriend and I are minors can she really take our baby from us when she's born?
