Does this look like food allergy?

My baby girl started eating solids about a month ago. Does this look like a result of food allergies? I haven't noticed any other signs except that she's been more fussy than usual but I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

It's possible, but it looks to me like maybe eczema and/or baby acne. If you can remember what was newly introduced right before the symptoms showed up you could try eliminating those foods and seeing if it clears up. 
My son has several severe food allergies and his reactions tend to be quite immediate with hives/rash/vomiting/swelling/breathing problems. If the reaction doesn't seem immediate or tied to a certain food then it's less likely to be a food allergy, although skin conditions like eczema can be exacerbated by certain foods. It could also be caused by detergent or other environmental allergens - have you changed cleaners/your makeup/anything else lately? 
If you can't figure out what's causing it by elimination you could take her to the doctor if you're concerned.

My son has this they said it was eczema. I'm using eucirin lotion eczema.

My son got it every time he ate eggs for a few weeks but now he can eat them no problem.
