Struggling with hunger/binge eating.
So I was doing really well and was super proud of myself. I started my diet journey and was doing great for a month. I was feeling great, felt like I was looking great, we'll making progress anyway. I was counting calories and wasn't going over my calories at all. Then after a month I had a weekend of binge eating.. I had one afghan slice and couldn't stop and that was me for the whole weekend eating whatever I wanted. I got back on track the following Monday but now I find myself always hungry and I start snacking then I just can't stop! then it turns into be binging again. how do I stop myself always being so hungry? I really want to get back on track what happened to my determination and motivation :(
