Mouth full of canker sores!

I'm on CD40. No BFP yet. I've got about 4-5 canker sores in my mouth - Thank goodness for paracetamol! Last I had this was from a mouth retainer which led to a dry mouth at night, but now they're popping up everywhere.

I am into my third month off BC, so I get it that I might not have even ovulated yet (anovulation) :( I'm almost certain my CP was SHOW during mid July, so we DTD a few times to try and catch ovulation... if it DID happen.

I've also had some odd symptoms, on/off aches in my boobs, blue veins more obvious around bra area and one boob, pangs, pulls and even a stitch in my abdomen last night from regular walking around. Anyone able to give me some hope? I'm considering booking a doc visit in the next week or two.

CM is also creamy and of light consistency.
