Currently I'm having trouble sleeping like I can't get to sleep and when I do can't stay asleep... also not for tmi my nipples hurt but not constantly and I feel like I have to pee all the time and if get sick in my mouth. I had a period last month so I don't think I'm pregnant
Edit: I also have heartburn bad and it's constantly

I get that way when I've had too much caffeine. Even the sore breasts... and just achy and tender in general. If you drink a lot of caffeine during the day, I'd suggest scaling back, and drinking more water, but try to cut back a few hours before bedtime anyway. Like, I don't like to drink anything past 5:30 pm- 6:00 pm, or else I'll be up all night peeing. I may get a sip of water if my mouth is dry, and I definitely can't drink anything caffeinated, or else it will take me a long time to fall asleep, and stay asleep and after a couple nights, of being sleep deprived, that's when I start having nightmares and more vivid dreams which leave me feeling exhausted during the day.
