Nervous about baby #2

I just recently found out that I am pregnant with my second child. January of this year I also found out I was pregnant, but sadly I had a miscarriage at about 8 weeks. I was so sad but I have my two year old son so, I just showered him with extra love. Now I just turned 6 weeks I'm really trying my hardest to take it easy but I'm so nervous about losing this little blessing. I have my first appointment this week I will be telling my GYN I guess I just wanted to vent
